GO! Southampton in partnership with Southampton City Council is asking you to complete a survey to help understand your plans for reopening your business and the support you may require from GO! Southampton and partners, and also feedback on your understanding of the Government's 'roadmap to reopening society' and supporting guidance, as set out 10-12 May.

Your replies will be treated confidentially, but will help GO! Southampton and partner organisations to shape further support and inform the city plan for phased reopening.

The survey should take only a few minutes to complete. Please use the free text questions to let us know what is needed and how we can help.
